How do I return my order?

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our support team.

Return Conditions

• Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and with all tags and labels intact.

• Products must be in the same condition as when you received them.

• Please provide your order number or the email address used at checkout when requesting a return.

Return Shipping Cost

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or damaged upon arrival, in which case we cover the return shipping fee.

Restocking Fee

• A restocking fee of 5% may be applied for returns of products that are not faulty.

Refund Processing

• Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
